Nuernberger are sausages that originate from a Bavarian city of Nürnberg. It is made from coarsely ground meat, and it is seasoned with marjoram, salt, pepper, ginger, cardamom and lemon powder and it is one of the most popular sausages in Germany. It is traditionally grilled and served with sauerkraut, potato salad and senf which is a german mustard.
