“NAIZ”- JUMBO CHICKEN KRAINER WITH CHEESE
If you love sausages and cheese this will probably be your favorite. Natural smoked skinless chicken sausage with bits of cured chicken meat and molten cheddar cheese. Try eating it in a Baguette like a hot dog, topped with sweet Bavarian Mustard and perhaps some sauerkraut
Cheese Krainer can be prepared heated up in hot water (about 80 C) for 7 minutes for the Jumbo and 5 minutes for the smaller one’s or pan-fried or grilled which gives them a more salty and piquant taste. German’s serve Cheese Krainer , with bread on the side accompanied by mild or sweet mustard as well as Sauerkraut or potato salad.
All our sausages are fully cooked and ready to eat.
They come in 2 different sizes of 2.5” (6.5 cm) and 7” (18 cm) length and weigh about 25 and 135 grams respectively.
