Storage Method

  1. Keep the beef burger patties frozen until ready to use.
  2. Move the patties from the freezer to the chiller (refrigerator) and let them thaw for 24–48 hours.
  3. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and cook within 2 days.
  4. Do not refreeze after thawing.

 

Preparation Method

  1. Make sure the patties are fully thawed before cooking.
  2. Cook using a pan, grill, BBQ, or air fryer.
  3. Turn the patties halfway through cooking to ensure they cook evenly.
  4. Cook until the centre is fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
  5. Serve hot in a burger bun or with your favourite side dishes.
