Beef Loaf Cured, also known as Prosciutto Cotto di Manzo, is a premium Italian style cooked beef cold cut which is carefully seasoned, cured, and slow cooked to create a tender texture with a rich, savoury flavour.

Storage Method

1. Keep the beef loaf refrigerated in the chiller (refrigerator).
2. After opening, keep it tightly wrapped or in an airtight container.
3. Consume within the recommended period on the packaging.
4. Do not freeze after opening.

Serving Instructions

1. The beef loaf is ready to eat and does not require cooking.
2. Slice to your preferred thickness.
3. Enjoy it cold in sandwiches, wraps, or on a platter.
4. If preferred, heat it using a pan, grill, microwave, or air fryer until warmed through.

Important: Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3-5 days, sliced portions may be frozen for up to 2 months for best quality.
