Our Chicken Nuernberger Sausage in Sheep Casing is inspired by the famous German classic, handcrafted using premium chicken and seasoned with a traditional blend of marjoram, ginger, nutmeg, and selected spices. Delicate yet full of flavour, it offers the authentic savoury taste that has made Nürnberger sausages a favourite for generations.  Handcrafted in small batches using traditional sheep casings, each sausage is artisanal by nature. This means every piece is unique, with slight variations in shape, size, and appearance just as a handcrafted sausage should be. Each handcrafted sausage weighs approximately 200 grams (±) per piece.

Storage Method

1. Keep the sausage frozen until ready to use.
2. Transfer it from the freezer to the chiller (refrigerator) and thaw for 24–48 hours.
3. Once thawed, keep refrigerated and cook within 2 days.
4. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Preparation Method

1. Take the frozen sausage out of the freezer.
2. Place it in the chiller (refrigerator) to thaw for 24–48 hours.
3. Once the sausage is fully thawed, it is ready to cook.

You can cook the thawed sausage using any of these methods:

• Pan fry: Cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, until browned.
• Grill: Grill over medium heat, turning occasionally.
• Air fryer: Cook according to your air fryer's recommended settings for sausages, until browned.
